Differential management is one of the business management theories,originated from Michael Porter’s differentiation strategy. Based on people-orientedand respecting for individual differences, it uses multiple thinking to motivateindividual members, achieving their full potential and completing diversity goals withthe least cost. In order to facilitate better class management to resolve the existingproblems, the article seeks to learn from the successful experience of differentialmanagement, introduced it into primary and secondary class management.The author firstly makes sampling investigation of primary and secondary class.Problems are found in primary and secondary class after the investigation results areanalyzed thoroughly. After analyzing the attribution of their reasons, the authorachieves the conclusion that it is urgent to innovate primary and secondary classmanagement. Secondly, the author elaborates the necessity and value of introducingdifferential management from four aspects: respecting individual differences;advocating development goals; improving students’ independence and improvingstudents’ innovation ability. Finally, under the guidance of differential management,the author proposes specific measures to establish differentiated classroommanagement system, differentiated class activities and differentiated class culturebased on classroom management system, activities mechanisms and class cultural. |
