Standardized access system in our history education is just a few decades. In the development of the system, there are many omissions need to improve, it is this discovery problems, improve the system, and then found the problems, and then the process of improvement in the system, our teachers get access system step by step development and growth, the overall quality of teachers is gradually improving.In the course of the policy of our teachers interpret access system, access to the practice of teacher research, I found the following issues:the presence of test content is too simple, the process is not stringent enough to examine the phenomenon of the current system of teacher qualifications; most of the content focuses on teachers’ recruitment unit test theoretical knowledge and expertise to the neglect of education disciplines practical ability; portion of teacher recruitment for elite units worship ignore the scientific quality of education; after the non-normal development of vocational teachers in the background there is a big limitation and so on.Based on the above issues, I believe that it is necessary to investigate teachers prospective teachers’ knowledge, skills, quality comprehensively, to find the difference between the Master of Education and Master of non-education classes, and to analyze if these differences will affect their future educational activities affect, and the impact on their professional development of teachers.This study consists of five parts:The first part is an introduction, mainly on the origin and significance of this study;The second part is the theoretical framework of this study, including content access system for teachers and the quality of teachers. This study is based on the specific implementation and operation of this theory.The third part of the study is to investigate the potential differences in the quality of teachers from different backgrounds, through the design of the questionnaire, and investigate Master of Education and Master of Science, to analyze the differences in terms of quality including the knowledge, skills.The fourth part is a case study on in-service teachers of different backgrounds work entry, in order to understand the development of vocational teachers from different backgrounds, the author designed a semi-open interview outline, through in-depth interviews to understand the overall quality of teachers;The fifth part is the conclusion and revelation, through a summary of the above findings, and some recommendations on the access to the existing system of teacher, and future. The results obtained through the investigation to analyze the problems and improvements of our secondary school teachers access system, in order to further develop vocational secondary school teachers access, promoting secondary school chemistry teacher professional development. Specifically, the purpose and significance of the study includes the following aspects:First, analyze the differences between Master of Education and Master of Science, such as knowledge, skills, quality of education through surveys and interviews, found the current shortage in the access system of teachers.Second, another reason is to explore the factors that influence the access of teachers.Third, try to complete the access system On the basis of the investigation and analysis from the theoretical level and the practice level, and provide a new perspective to improve the quality ofsecondary school chemistry teachers.
