With the development of information technology, the process of education information in our country has stressed from the initial stage of hardware infrastructure and software resources construction gradually into the emphasis on the application of especially in-depth development stage of the application in the teaching process. TPACK is the basis for teachers to use technology for effective teaching. In order to find the difference of integration teaching knowledge between normal students and in-service teachers, we carry out a study pointed to the physics teachers and normal students. Through the survey questionnaire, interviews and other research methods analysis the TPACK status between normal students and in-service teachers. The status of students and teachers are compared according to this, so we can provide some reference for the professional development of normal students.This thesis is divided into five chapter, the first chapter illustrates the research background, the research purpose, research content and methods. The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of this study, including the teacher education and the TPACK. This part mainly reviewed the research of TPACK, including research status between domestic and foreign, we found that the research about TPACK mainly focuses on the concept and connotation, development and measurement of TPACK scale and teacher professional development. The TPACK knowledge is the integration of seven knowledge including pedagogical knowledge, content knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge and so on,it is difficult to outside,so it is difficult to measure, this thesis use the scale of self evaluation and teaching file comparison and combination of classroom observation, to objectively measure the level of TPACK. The third chapter status is the investigation of normal students and in-service teachers TPACK and the results, in order to provide the research foundation about the later comparison research. The fourth chapter is the combination of teaching file comparison and classroom observation, this thesis makes comparison between the teaching design and the process of teaching in normal students and in-service teachers, so as to find out the gap. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the research conclusion and prospect, and reflects on the research.
