We have held several times of educational teaching reform since New China wasfounded. But it still left some problems after every time of educational teaching reform, suchas the problems of the self-improvement of teachers and self-motivation, etc. It will finally beimplemented into the behaviors of the teachers whether we reform the teaching content or theteaching model. So the researcher used the data of65teachers of different subjects aged from20s to50s. And the researcher found that there are so many problems whether about the mainteaching behaviors or about the auxiliary teaching behaviors.In the instruction of this article, the significance, some related concepts, the researchdesign and the current situation of research are spelled out. In the first chapter, the behaviorsof classroom teaching and the problems of classroom teaching are analyzed, and the frames ofteachers’ classroom teaching behaviors are list. In the second chapter, the problems found byclassroom observation are analyzed according to the frames of the teachers’ classroomteaching behaviors and some cases are listed out. In the third chapter, the reasons are analyzedvia the two dimensions of main teaching behaviors and auxiliary teaching behaviors. In thefourth chapter, the correcting-strategies are proposed aiming at the problems and reasons ofjunior school teachers’ classroom teaching behaviors.
