In2011,the ministry of education on the basis of《The Chinese Course Criterion ofFull-time Compulsory Education》(Experimental Draft) revises and implements the 《TheChinese Course Criterion of Compulsory Education》(2011edition). The revision not onlyadheres to the2001version Chinese new curriculum standard about reform ideas andeducation concept but also contains innovation, so as to promote reform and furtherdevelopment of Chinese education. However, for the Language teaching materials as thepractitioners of curriculum spiritual, its’ compilation should implement curriculum standardsfaithfully, especially after the new Chinese curriculum standards begin to implement. Whetherthe current language teaching material conformity with the2011version? So does thecompilation of classical Chinese in language teaching materials? Classical Chinese as thesource of the language development in our country, which not only displays the ancientlanguage cultural characteristics, but also the philosophizing of our country ancients and theinheritance of our ancient social culture. From the confrontation to the current deeplyintegrate between classical Chinese and vernacular, and moreover with its status graduallyscientize in the language teaching material, the compilation problem of classical Chinese inChinese teaching material get more attention recently. Under the concept of "small language",classical Chinese takes training students’ language quality as the core, it aims at promoting thecoordinated development between the language and spirit. At the same time, this alsoprovides certain theoretical reference for the compilation of classical Chinese.By virtue of the authority of the Language teaching materials by people’s education pressin the language education circle, The author regard the Classical Chinese Teaching material of7-9Grade by PEP as the study object of this topic. Firstly carding and summarizing the newfeatures about the new ideas of2011edition, based on the new curriculum standards, puttingforward the value orientation of compilation about classical Chinese teaching materials. Thenduring the process of further reading and anglicizing the current Classical Chinese in Chineseteaching material by People’s Education Press, the author found that the compilation of theLanguage teaching materials by People’s Education Press has a unique selection characteristic and Compiling pattern: it reflects in the content of selected text is broad, including manyaspects, such as Daily life, social observation and reflection, landscape travel notes, Historicalmyths and so on. However the Selection of genre is also focused. It puts emphasis on prose,Besides, Narrative, argumentation and utility class are also elected into it; its epoch span is sowide and there are numerous writers. The difficulty is moderate, and most themes consistentwith the theme of the unit. It does well in classical Chinese and vernacular relationship. FirstMixed then lacing; presenting selected article content at the form of unit theme; thecompilation of auxiliary system that selected article depends is scientific. However at thesame time, also finds some shortcomings, for example, humanism gap in the languageteaching material, the textbook writing standards are not uniform. These lead to fuzzyteaching sequence, and the text guide language Settings improperly etc. At last, according tothe new curriculum idea, the author puts forward three Suggestions to the Language teachingmaterials by people’s education press for its improvement. In order to provide the referencefor perfect Writing and reforming of the later Language teaching materials by people’seducation press. The author pointed out that we should give much emphasis on theimprovement of the quality of students’ language and the cultivation of students’ languagecultural competence in the process of compilation about the Classical Chinese Teachingmaterial under the concept of new curriculum standard. What’s more, in the cultivation ofteaching materials, historical context should come into being, In order to help studentsunderstand the general context about the development of classical Chinese.
