The fast-paced way of life brings us convenient and comfortable life as society developsrapidly. But the enjoyment threatens the health of human beings unscrupulously. Electronictechnique develops rapidly, especially for pupils. Static entertainment becomes the mainactivities in their childhood. All kinds of physical activity decrease continuously. The pressureof heavy academic deprives their sports time. Various European dietary has become the mainfood of the children. The level of adolescent health declines seriously. We must find a newpath to solve this serious problem. Therefore action training was presented in this paper.In order to meet the demand of children’s growth, children have to do action training,including all kinds of behavior practice. Children can grasp the correct action and improveaction coordination, flexibility, stability and balance of the body. Action training could enrichthe sports course content of the elementary students and improve their interest in study.What’s more, action training help the children to establish the correct action mode, reduce theoccurrence of sports injury risk, improve the overall level of physical fitness and lay thefoundation for students to do individual sports. Action training and physical research unitedclosely. As a basic element of improving physical health, action training makes physicalresearch deeper and more complete and provides a new method for constitutional research.The author carried on theory and practice research through literature material method,interview method and experiment method. The fourth grade students of a primary school inTangshan had took part in the experiment research for3month. Body shape and physicalquality of the students from experimental class and compared class were tested before andafter the experiment. Height and weight were chosen as body shape index.50meters insuccession, crook proneness, long jump, solid ball toss, sit-ups and rope skipping were chosenas physical qualities index. After the experiment data was analyzed with spss18.0. The authoranalyzed the test index after experiment. The result shows that action training is effective inimproving physical quality of the students, P<0.01. Regular physical education has effect inimproving the performance of50meters in succession, long jump, and jump rope of thestudents, P<0.05. But it is useless for the performance of solid sphere in succession, crookproneness and sit-ups, P>0.05. The conclusion is as follows: 1. Both action training and regular physical education have influence on bodyshape index. But the increase of body shape index is mainly based on natural growth.2. Action training plays a significant role in improving physical quality of thestudents.3. The content and structure of compared class is antiquated and single. Actiontraining is novel and abundant. Action training is better than regular physical education inimproving the physical quality of the students.
