In this case we can see that the responsibilities and tasks onthe government of Hebei province are increasing. The relevant departments in thisprovince are good at learning from others and have the courage to reform and renovate itself.Although they have obtained great achievements, the works they have completed still havesome gap in comparison with real requirements.
