Study On The Equalization Of Basic Public Services Of The Floating Population

The thesis mainly studies these service mechanisms in the specific operation how to obtain the satus of basic public services for the floating population since the implementation of the pilot work of the floating population equalization of public services of Changsha City in October2010. On the basis of four communities, information about survey research is obtained with questionnaires and interviews, and then through the organic integration of quantitative and qualitative methods, the pilot status of the floating population equalization of public services is explained, and the floating population service conditions before the pilot compared to now. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the public services status of floating population equalization, explaining that the pilot has obtained the experience and achievements, if experiencing difficulties, what factors have impeded the experimental work, and how should we carry out for the next step. This article is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction. Clarifying the background of the research questions, reviewing the research situation at home and abroad and explaining the significance of this study, the basic ideas, research and innovation.The second part is a theoretical perspective. Clarifying the theoretical basis of this study, putting the theoretical framework of the value of this study on the basis of fairness and justice theory.The third part is the study design. Defining the related concept of the floating population equalization of public services,and introducing research methods and sample situation.The fourth part is results analysis. In this study, equalization of basic public services of flow population is divided into six aspects to investigate, using quantitative and qualitative methods analyze the status of the floating population of basic public service equalization and the achievements and deficiencies of the floating population equalization of basic public services.The fifth part is the conclusion and discussion. According to the findings, the basic conclusion of the pilot work of Changsha City floating population equalization of public services is drawed, meanwhile according to the deficiencies in the pilot a number of measures and proposals is made.
