Strategy Of Higher Vocational Students' Career Awareness And Education Optimization

In recent years, as the expansion of higher education, the number of higher vocational college graduates is increasing year after year, the great change happened in human resource allocation mode under the Market Economy condition, and the fiercer competition, which bring a huge shock to the formation of higher vocational college students’ occupational consciousness, and make the current situation of employment more and more severe. However, the occupational consciousness plays an important role in higher vocational college students’ career development, so occupational consciousness is a profoundly important problem which needs us to think, research and take proper measures to solve it. In this thesis, we try to find out the current situation and the problems of the students’ occupational consciousness of higher vocational college through the investigation and analysis, and develop a strategy for dealing with them.This text is divided into three parts and declares the views as follow:Chapter one:the meaning and character, objective and requirements, and the vital function of HVC students’ occupational consciousness. Firstly, state three aspects including the meaning and content of the occupational consciousness, the meaning and the character of the HVC students’ occupational consciousness, and make a comparison among the HVC students, in service personnel and undergraduates. Secondly, state the objective and requirements of HVC students’ occupational consciousness, which is the originality of this text. Finally, state the vital function for the growth of the HVC students’ occupational consciousness to clarify what the basic concepts are and make a basic theory framework and direction.Chapter two:the diagnosis of the current situation of the higher vocational college students’ occupational consciousness. First, the good aspects of HVC students’ occupational consciousness, including three aspects. Second, the existing problems of HVC students’ occupational consciousness, including six aspects through the investigation. Which is the key point of this text. Third, the cause analysis of the existing problems in HVC students’ occupational consciousness. Which based on four following factors:the students, the higher vocational college, the students’ family and the society.Chapter three:the countermeasures of cultivating students’ occupational consciousness. First, intensify higher vocational college to foster the responsibility and sense of mission of students. Second, improve and perfect the content system of higher vocational education on occupational consciousness, based on three aspects. Third, explore the effective ways of higher vocational college students’occupational consciousness education. Those two parts are the key points of this chapter. Fourth, bring and coordinate the family and social positive factors into occupational consciousness cultivation.
