Independent Colleges Teachers Incentive Mechanism

Public colleges and universities in terms of enrollment levels and educational carrying capacity can not meet the increasingly urgent demand. Independent Institute as a new force to the new school models appear in the stage of history. Management is the core of the management independent faculty is a high-level knowledge-based talent, ready experience to follow the ordinary colleges and universities on their management skills, they can not be fully applied, management of teachers to become independent colleges to develop their own need to be addressed first problems.In this paper, based on the theory of motivation, combined with incentives for research institutions of higher learning, a questionnaire survey, literature, and S College as an example, for the independent college teachers incentive mechanism design. Combing summarizes the domestic and international incentive motivation theory, in particular the situation of ordinary colleges and universities, private colleges and independent colleges incentives. Around these theories of the Independent Colleges incentive to analyze the situation, to find the weaknesses and shortcomings, for instance, the S College optimized solutions.
