Under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation,the objectives,contents,implementation approaches and evaluation system of traditional moral education in secondary vocational schools are not in line with the requirements of current vocational education personnel training.Secondary vocational schools are facing severe moral education environment because of their own particularity.The current situation of moral education is worrying.It is urgent to improve the effectiveness of moral education in innovation.Therefore,how to improve and perfect the moral education in secondary vocational schools under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation is an important problem facing secondary vocational education under the new situation.This paper briefly expounds the significance and research status of moral education in Secondary Vocational School under the cooperation of school and enterprise,and takes the practice of moral education cooperation between school and enterprise in my unit(Guangxi urban construction school)as a sample,and interviews the teachers and students of this school.Through the analysis of the research results,it is found that the current secondary vocational moral education work based on the school enterprise cooperation mainly has the following problems: the school enterprise does not pay enough attention to the moral education cooperation,the funding is insufficient;the organization of the school enterprise moral education cooperation is not perfect,the faculty strength is weak;the content of the school enterprise moral education cooperation is traditional,the method is old;the evaluation method of the school enterprise moral education cooperation is single.There are many reasons for the above problems,including the absence of the government,the defects of the school itself,and the problems of enterprises.In order to solve the above problems,according to the relevant moral educationtheory and the practice in the work unit,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to carry out the moral education work in secondary vocational school on the basis of "school enterprise cooperation",with "professional moral education" as the core and with "professional experience" as the carrier.First of all,the three concepts of moral education in secondary vocational school based on school enterprise cooperation are defined,namely "vocational education concept,professional concept and school-based concept";second,the organization of moral education in secondary vocational school based on school enterprise cooperation(government,school enterprise management and moral education teachers)and its operation mechanism(overall management,target management,guarantee,feedback,evaluation and incentive mechanism)are established;third,through School and enterprise are two carriers of moral education,innovating the implementation of moral education in secondary vocational school based on school enterprise cooperation.Finally,the evaluation method of moral education in secondary vocational school based on school enterprise cooperation is improved from three aspects of school,enterprise and school enterprise integration,and the corresponding evaluation index system is constructed,so as to better summarize the experience and constantly improve the moral education cooperation in school enterprise.Through the above implementation strategies,in order to form a school enterprise cooperation based on the new work system of moral education in secondary vocational schools,effectively improve the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools.The construction of moral education is a complex project,especially the moral education in secondary vocational schools under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.This paper innovates the concept,goal,content,approach and evaluation of moral education in secondary vocational schools based on school-enterprise cooperation.It provides operational and popularizable strategies and practical cases for integrating moral education resources and innovating moral education in secondary vocational schools.It also deepens the connotation construction of school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode and effectively improves the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students.
