In the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020), there are five tasks put forward against the development of higher education comprehensively improve the quality of higher education, improve the quality of personnel training, and enhance the level of scientific research and social service ability, strengthen the ability of social service. Higher education quality evaluation and guarantee received extensive attention. The evaluation of education service quality from students who are the main body of eduction are also concerned. Independent college as a new system and mode of educational entity in our country, its production and development are in a competitive environment. The development of independent college research in recent years have been more, but the existing literature focuses on the aspects of educational quality management and the construction of teaching system of independent college with few researches from the views of students. Currently, there are just9independent colleges among32undergraduate colleges in Guangxi. In order to achieve the popularization of Guangxi higher education and deepen the reform of higher education, the expansion of the number of students and school size play a real important role.The first chapter, this paper introduces the research background and reasons for this research which was collated and analyzed, including the quality of higher education services, student satisfaction, and quality independent college education. This chapter defines the meaning and method of the object of this studyThe second chapter of this study is about research design. This chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis, the hypothesis, the determination of reference model, variable, the research hypothesis, design program and the questionnaire survey of questionnaire. At the same time it contains the reliability and validity analysis to the reclaimed data by using SPSS17.0.The third chapter of this study was about the analysis of independent college education service quality data. According to the characteristics of data, it mainly talking about validity and reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, independent sample t-test and ANOVA. Data’s cronbach alpha and revised binary correlation coefficients are above0.5, showing that the data collected with ideal reliability and validity. Correlation analysis is used to test between various dimensions of education quality and student satisfaction, and between the correlation coefficient of the independent college education service quality and student satisfaction, education service price, education value, the relationship between the students intentional behavior. Using independent sample t-test and single factor variance analysis the assumption of validation studies.The final chapter of this thesis is about a simple summary and discussion of the research results. The independent college students in the Guangxi region are basically in agreement with provided education service quality; Independent college education service quality is different from students with personal attributes; Independent college students is looked as the education service quality factors of social practice, process, content; Independent college employment service quality remains to be strengthen; Independent college education service quality is affected by the negative of the education price.Because of my limited ability and all aspects reasons, there are still many limitations. This study needs further research with a sufficient condition in the future.
