The Research On The Evaluation Of Educational Service Quality Of Independent Colleges

The independent college is a unique product with the popularization of higher education in China,and has played a positive role in the process of popularization of higher education and satisfied the people 's higher education needs.In 2015,there are 266 independent colleges in China,about 2.6 million students,accounting for 16.5% of the number of undergraduates,which has become an important part of China's higher education.The current quality view of higher education has gradually changed from the traditional product quality view to the service quality view.The basic output of higher education is education service,and the quality of service will affect the future survival and development of the school.As the major customer of higher education,students are the direct stakeholders of higher education.Pay attention to the evaluation of students' service to higher education can help promoting the development of higher education.Under the background of the popularization of higher education and the diversification of education subject in domestic and foreign education market,the competition of college enrollment is becoming more and more intense.Compared with the public colleges and universities,if the independent college wants to gain a place in the fierce education market competition,it should continuously improve the quality of service.In this study,we use the SERVQUAL model to design the independent college education service quality evaluation scale from the student's perspective.Select the students of 5 independent colleges in Jiangxi province as the survey object,and then use the statistical analysis method to analyze the educational quality of the independent college and find the status quo and problems of the quality of educational service in independent colleges.At the same time,we use the method of gradual multiple regression analysis to analyze the students' personal characteristics and the influence of the quality of service on students' perceived evaluation.Through the empirical analysis,this study found that: the satisfaction degree of the independent college students on the quality of school education service is low;the students with different characteristics have no significant difference on the independent college education service quality evaluation;there are significant differences with different grades of students on the quality of education service perception.The quality of service is positively correlated with the satisfaction of educational service.The dimensionality is the main dimension of the students' perception of the quality of educational service.To this end,independent colleges should pay attention to student evaluation and improve the level of educational services;improve teaching conditions,enhance their own strength and create a good image of the school;clear personnel training objectives andoptimize the curriculum;strengthen students' practical ability and employability training and finally enhance the competition force.
