The Innovative Study On Cultivating Talents In Higher Vocational School

Vocational and technical talents’ training is the starting point and the foothold ofthe vocational and technical schools. And it also is the core of vocational andtechnical education. To the current situation of our country’s vocational and technicaltalents shortage, the talents training goal of vocational and technical schools mustaccurately grasped and build a new type of vocational and technical talents trainingsystem, and the education practice, should be shoulder for the harmonious societyto construct the history of vocational and technical talents. In this paper, with thetalent’s theory of Marx, analysis the particularity of vocational and technicalstudents’ growing up. In to follow the law of vocational and technical students’growth, on the basis of investigation the status of talents cultivation in vocationaland technical schools in our country, summarized the problems existing in thetalents’ cultivation in the schools, to explore the causes of the problem. Combinedwith our realistic development of social economy, education and the trend of socialeconomic development, the demand for vocational and technical talents will beincreased. Improve the quality of vocational and technical education in our countryand a series of measures are discussed. This paper mainly divided into three parts:The first part, the analysis of the vocational and technical students’ growing up.vocational and technical talents should both comply with the principle of generaltalents’ growth, but also has its particularity. From the point of vocational andtechnical students’ growing process, its particularity is "professional". Only followthe particularity of vocational and technical talents in vocational and technical schools, we can accurate positioning of the target, moreover, we can make vocationaland technical education more better.The second part, analyzes the present situation of talents’ cultivation invocational and technical schools. On talents’ cultivation of the schools in our countrysince the reform and opening up the achievements and problems, such as there arelow students starting point, cultivating is difficult;a line of vocational and technicalschools and universities lack of talents, severe employment form; lack of money,poor teaching conditions and so on. The causes of these problems lies in the fact thatthe social ideas. Talents training goal of dislocation, government’s supports is notenough, the poor ability of make money in vocational and technical schools.The third part, put forward to promote education for vocational and technicalstudents, we should take the measures as follows. We must emancipate the mind toupdate the concept, further clear guiding ideology and target of vocational andtechnical talents’ training, full of implementation of the vocational and technicalstudents’ quality,so that we enhance the students’ confidence. To strengthen students’quality education in vocational and technical schools, improve the students’comprehensive quality in the round already, and constantly strengthen the vocationalability quality education; Integration of regional education resources, improveteaching conditions; To optimize the teaching content, improve vocational andteachnical talents training pertinence.
