Study On Cultivation Of High-skilled Talents’ Vocational Ability Based On The Perspective Of Enterprise

High-skilled talents’ vocational ability is the core human capital of enterprise. It hasbeen the key problem to hinder production-education integration andcollege-enterprise cooperation for high-skilled talents’ vocational ability cultivation in highervocational education that the basic criteria for cultivation of high-skilled talents’ vocationalability has mismatched the demand of enterprise.This study aims at revealing the criteria for cultivation of high-skilled talents’vocationalability to match with the demand enterprise, and demonstrates cultivation paths ofhigh-skilled talents’ vocational ability and the model of college-enterprise community. Thebasic principle of combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research is followed,which adopts the studying method of literature,interview,investigation questionnaire andcase analysis to incarnate the logic of “clarify the concept—clear the formation rules—planthe cultivation paths—practice the cultivation model”.The study contents are concept of vocational ability based perspective of enterprise,formation mechanism of high-skilled talents’ vocational ability, paths of cultivation ofhigh-skilled talents’vocational ability and the model of college-enterprise community.The main conclusions are: First, according to conceptual meaning of vocational ability andthe demand of vocational ability from enterprise, conceptual framework of vocational abilityis annotated the hierarchical structures consisting of survival ability, development ability andgenerating ability. Second, on the basis of working knowledge, through the way ofenterprise learning, the formation process of high-skilled talents’ vocational ability isinteractively development of mental ability, action ability and intellectuality ability, and isgrowth course from novice to expert, and is affected actively by enterprise field.Third,the demand of reality such as the decision of developmental trules of market economyand adjustment situation of industrial structure determine that the inevitable choice ofcultivation of high-skilled talents’ vocational ability is the synthesis with the vertical path ofbeing uplifted and the horizontal path of cooperating: the vertical path is establishing highervocational education at the undergraduate and graduate level and above; the horizontal pathare integration of production-teaching–research and integration of college-enterpriseculture.Fourth, high vocational college and enterprise are both subjects of cultivation ofhigh-skilled talents’ vocational ability, and college-enterprise community haswell-organized structure that government, college and enterprise compose theorganizational structure of management, implement and collaborating system, and integrates operational system of impetus foundation, guarantee conditions, teaching system andevaluating mechanism.
