Since China’s reform and opening up, socialist economic construction gained the success that attract worldwide attention. With the development of economy and the change of the times, people’s outlook on life and world outlook are faced with a wide range of choice, contemporary college students are confronted with a series of new problems and puzzles, such as poor self-care ability, weak adaptability, interpersonal tension, psychological deviation and employment pressure.College counselors’responsibility is students’Ideological and political education, and they manage and constraints students on the daily study life, mental health, occupation planning, and they are to students’healthy growth, comprehensive development and being socialist builders and success. In implementing of Scientific Outlook on Development, in the background of actively building a socialist harmonious society, college counselors occupation construction is not only the reform and development of higher education, but also an inevitable choice to solve some problems of current college students work.In this paper,from the study of the meaning of college counselors, I summarize the meaning and standard college instructor’s occupation in our country,and propose the serious problems of role ambiguity,unreasonable structure of counselors’professional quality and the faulty mechanism and occupation burnout.I analyze the causes of these problems. I present the measures of accurately location, establishing and improving mechanisms, improving the quality of professional counselors, innovating working methods of counselors, in order to be able to provide theoretical help and practical guidance on the construction of college instructor in our country, to provide favorable reference for solving the instructor occupation problem in China.thus these measures can Margrethe college Counselors become good teachers and helpful friends of college students, and provide help and guidance for students’ healthy growth and all-round development.
