The sustainable development of higher education and the professional status of teachers in colleges and universities are presented at the present stage. University teachers’ career loyalty as reveal the present situation of vocational college teachers from one perspective, for the benign development of the higher education has very important value. In this paper, according to the theory of Organizational commitment and Humanistic management theory as the theoretical basis, the university teachers’ career loyalty problem are discussed in this paper, under the influence of multiple factors, university teachers’ career loyalty to happened.Based on a "211" colleges and universities in Anhui province as the investigation object, choose the sample, their loyalty to the university teachers’ professional status questionnaire.The article there were six parts:introduction, related concepts, the research process, the present status of university teachers’ career loyalty, the influence factors of university teachers’ career loyalty and the strategies to improve university teachers’ career loyalty. In the preface mainly introduced the background of the research, the theoretical foundation and research significance, the research status at home and abroad, the research of the main contents and methods and research innovations. In the second part is mainly on the related concept of integration and summarized, while I put forward its own views and opinions on the definition of core concepts. In t the third part studies mainly on the basic situation of the questionnaire, the choice of samples making is introduced, with a focus on the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed, and the different dimensions of teacher career loyalty status are analyzed.The fourth and the sixth parts are the core and focus of this article. The fourth part is mainly to solve above investigation found problems. Through the survey found that university teachers in professional loyalty exists some differences and problems, such as the manifestation in gender, age, marital status, job title, education job status, teaching age, etc in the affective commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment, ideal commitment, opportunity commitment, value commitment presented by different measurement dimensions presented differences. College teachers’ professional loyalty occurs is not easy, but influenced by multiple factors, in the fifth part puts forward the main influence factors of university teachers’ career loyalty, Including the campus environment, the style of leadership, the system of manage teachers, personal factors, responsibilities in the family, in the affected by others, in terms of the characteristics of teachers and other professional work and so on. The aims at the investigation of the specific provisions of the sixth found problems put forward relevant countermeasures were asked to improve the university teachers’ career loyalty condition, The countermeasures involve five aspects:in the state, society, colleges and universities, administrators and teachers in colleges, what’s more, some of the strategies deep into the management system of university teachers, through all aspects of the effort can effective improve the university teachers’ career loyalty turn to the bad situation, improve the poor loyalty of some college teachers, so as to promote sustainable development of higher education in our country.The innovation of this paper points the main performance mainly theoretical innovation and innovation in content. In the study of the meaning of the contents of this university teachers’ professional loyalty, loyalty management and other core concepts were defined, on the basis of the theory of organizational commitment to learn from Western scholars and organizational commitment scale developed by relevant organizations and national commitments on the basis of the scale, design professional college teachers loyalty questionnaire. The previous research mainly focus on the respects of occupational loyal employees, the research of loyalty study for vocational teachers are also more concentrated in primary and secondary teachers, the professional loyalty research on university teachers is relatively small. In theory innovation is mainly according to the theory of organizational commitment and humanistic management theory as the analysis tool, for a variety of factors influencing university teachers’ career loyalty are analyzed. This study was fully aware of the characteristics of professional teachers, and university-based teachers’ psychological characteristics of the organization, the management theory from the perspective of people starting to how to better sustain the organization commitment between university teachers and university on analysis and instructions This result in theory extends the research in the field of management in colleges and universities, and also provides a theoretical basis for further research on the management of university teachers of human capital.The methods on the research chooses the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods. Give priority to with quantitative research, qualitative research as the auxiliary pole.The study carried out by the discovery and solve problems, but also found some shortcomings in the data survey, affected by external interference factors, in order to be more reasonable and perfect in future studies. By conducting the study in to find and solve problems at the same time, because of affected by external interference factors, some deficiencies in the investigation of data were found. In the future there will hard to avoid errors in order to in future research can be more reasonable and perfect.
