Research On Technology Industry Personnel Policy Of National Innovative City

With the proposed national strategy for innovation and building innovative city to enter into a new stage of development, has become one of the development goals of many cities. Theory and practice circles at home and abroad for its attention gradually improved. In2008, the city was approved as the nation’s first and only national scientific and technological innovative city. In2010, the city has further approved a second batch of national innovative pilot municipalities and usher in a new development opportunity.This paper systematically reviews the history of our innovative urban construction and the construction of national innovation Hefei city’s development process. From the industrial point of view discusses the technology industry and building an innovative urban relevance of "talent" this element study on the status of the personnel structure and status of the industrial structure introduced in Hefei, Hefei, summed up the creation of a national innovative city introduction of relevant personnel policy system, summed Hefei technology industry personnel policy problems and propose optimization measures.The thesis is divided into six chapters.
