Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Internship Teaching Of Secondary Vocational School Students

As the increasing demand for the skilled personnel, the quality of secondary vocational school teaching is attached greater importance. As a key step of practical teaching in secondary vocational school, internship can help the students transfer theories learned from books in school into technical abilities which would be of great significance to the improvement of professional ability and employment.In part one, the author has a detailed illustration of the background, research contents, significance and methods of the secondary vocational education. Following these is a general introduction of the relative theories, modes and experiences of secondary vocational education at home and abroad, the current researching situation of internship in China and a definition of the concepts in the field.Part two is an in depth research of the internship teaching under the circumstances of skilled personnel cultivation. In order to have a precise analysis of the students’ actual internship situation, a combination of questionnaire and interview based on the students and staffs of Shouguang Central Vocational Education Center is conducted.Through the data got from the above mentioned method, the author reveals to us the current teaching situations of internship, the impetus to and recruitment of students from the aspects of companies and suggestions from students and mentors in internship.Based on these, the author tries to find out the factors affecting the internship teaching of secondary vocational school.The third part is a comprehensive and multi-perspective analysis of the problems and causes for internship teaching from different aspects like students, schools and companies.In the last part, the author proposes specific strategies for secondary vocational school internship teaching from the aspects of government,companies and school.
