As the guides of educational life, as the important part of educational career,teachers are the hope of education. Teachers’ occupational happiness not only relatesto teachers’ own development and implementation, but also relates to students’ growthand educational career’s development. So concerning about the current situation ofteachers’ occupational happiness, analyzing the losing of teachers’ occupationalhappiness, creating happy occupational life for teachers, is the mission andresponsibility of educational administration. This paper takes narrative research,selects three junior high school teachers in Shenyang as the research objects, throughtheir deeply interviews to find out their occupational life narrative, hopes to trulyreflect the current situation of junior high school teachers’ occupational happiness,analyzes some main factors of influencing junior high school teachers’ occupationalhappiness, and puts forward some proper improving strategies, in order to makepeople understanding and concerning junior high school teachers’ real occupationallife, provides a local basis for exploring teachers’ occupational happiness, improvesteachers’ team quality and promotes teachers’ professional development..The main content of this paper consists of the following four chapters:Chapter1is introduction section, introduces the background of the issue, states theliterature review about the related research of teachers’ occupational happiness athome and aboard, and claims the significance and value of the issue.Chapter2is narrative research, firstly introduces narrative research briefly in thispart, analyzes the relevance of narrative research with this paper, and then explainsthe specific application of narrative research in this paper, including the design andthe implement process of this paper, the author’s role and ethical treatment during theresearch process, and an overview of three research objects.Chapter3is three junior high school teachers’ occupational happiness narrative,the first one is the new teacher Miss Dong’s happy story, the second one is the hardworking teacher Madam Wang’s happy experience, the third one is the tired oldteacher Mr. Gang’s occupational story, as everyone has different experience and value, three teachers have different happiness feelings about teachers’ occupation life, ithopes that these true stories can arouse readers’ sympathy and call readers’ thinking.Chapter4is based on Chapter3’s teachers’ narrative, analyzing and suggestingjunior high school teachers’ occupational happiness, mainly including currentsituation, main influencing factors and proper promotion strategies of junior highschool teachers’ occupational happiness.
