English teaching job in the effective use of IT is a matter of concern to every English teacher. To solve this problem, the author designs the "topics-Analysis-Analysis-develop measures-effect of contrast" teaching mode. The model intergrats use of quality improvement theory, behavioral teaching theory, constructivism learning theory, humanistic learning theory, teaching theory and collaborative learning scenarios theory.All kinds of new ideas are fully integrated into the teaching mode. According to this model, through questionnaires and performance analysis, it is clear that English reading teaching exists some problems in reading motivation, reading materials and reading strategy issues. The author puts forward the application of information technology to solve the problems. It is clear that teaching of English writing in the teaching mode, writing ability, writing resources and writing assessment tools and other material problems and the author puts forward the corresponding measures for the application of information technologyTaking a class in English teaching practice in No.17Middle School Qiaokou, Wuhan as a pilot application of the method, the author does the research to find the main reasons about the impacts on the students, such as:reading achievement utilitarian reading motivation, lack of reading material, and reading strategies unscientific. For these reasons the collected materials are developed to improve the fit of interest in reading, as well as to increase student reading resources through the network environment and to take measures among the interaction between students and teachers. The author finds the main reasons for the influence of writing teaching mode single, single material and poor language proficiency. For these, the author use the IT to improve writing teaching mode, increase writing materials,and carry out the implementation of dynamic guidance and evaluation. Practice has proved that according to the proposed method, the process of teaching in English are treated using the method according to the specific questions that students can effectively improve students’ English reading and writing scores. In addition,the author can promote and help students through information technology more effectively to improve student achievement and progress rate.IT and high school English teaching in this article is based on problem-oriented research.The author has effectively put forward the effectiveness of English teaching mode in the process of teaching English in the high school. It can provide a basis for the majority of classroom teachers to integrate and expand action research between information technology and English teaching. It can also provide useful guidance for effectively improving high school English teaching results.
