In today’s science and technology step by step towards integrated development environment, increasingly close contact between different disciplines, increasing the number of course discipline in higher education, or explore basic education subjects’ teaching research gradually thorough, all from different sides reflects the interdisciplinary prominence in the field of education. Interdisciplinary teaching and interdisciplinary research are in the great concept of interdisciplinary toward different direction of extension and development, they have many similarities both in content and methods.Interdisciplinary research has the system methodology as a guide, researchers can make clear grasp the direction of the interdisciplinary research and thinking. The author thinking for reference to use interdisciplinary research methodology to guide the teaching of high school biology course cross, offer teachers a search for content of interdisciplinarity.In this article, through the literature, first of all, from the two aspects of scientific research and teaching, expounds the significance and value of interdisciplinary combined with research on teachers found that one of the difficulties of interdisciplinary teaching is to support the theory teaching practice interdisciplinary teaching design and case. The author of interdisciplinary research based on their own understanding of the methodology, the use of analogy-reasoning-deductive method interdisciplinary research methodology of reference and transplantation, applied to interdisciplinary teaching and ultimately presented to the forms and methods of interdisciplinary teaching suggestions.Studies suggest that interdisciplinary research and interdisciplinary teaching is under two branches of the large interdisciplinary concept of development in different directions. Interdisciplinary research focuses on scientific research, interdisciplinary teaching focuses on the field of education. Interdisciplinary research interdisciplinary teaching methodology has a strong reference. It can migrate to high school biology Teaching. The interdisciplinary teaching methodology in the form of thinking and combing can expand the breadth and depth of interdisciplinary teaching.
