There is a particular group actives in Party and League organizations, student union, society and classes which is called student cadre. To student work in universities, this is very important. In the large group, the secondary is the basic level. It's significant for the management of the secondary collage, construction of study style and the campus culture about how to select and train a student cadre.For many years, we have a fairly perfect and systemic management mode.This can be a cubic network which is clear-cut for the training of the student cadre. Through various channel, the student cadres have finished many kinds of mission.They played a positive role during the campus activity, and developed themselves for serving students.Since the new period, the environment of the student management has changed a lot, especially the secondary collage. The new situation necessitate a all-sided student cadres contingent building. It was learned by investigation and analysis that there are multiple causes for the problems of the secondary student cadres. This paper set elucidated about the necessity of strengthening the construction and pointed out the limitation and lacuna in the construction, and put forward some suggestions for improving the constructions. The paper discussed how to select, train properly and what is the election standard. This study contemporarily probes into the tule of institutional improvement. According to the analysis on the system reform of one colleges of undergraduate course, then propose a reasonable criteria. Finally, carry on the quality education centering on moral education and emphasizing creativity and practice.
