The safety work of the Kindergarten Based on the principle of "prevention first", if the accident happened so impossible to guard against, preschool teachers’ emergency accomplishment will play a crucial role in it. Thus the author think in emphasizing safety education, safety plan while the teachers’ emergency accomplishment are very important.For teachers who have close contact with children’s, safety emergency response accomplishment is an umbrella for children, it also embodies the preschool teachers professional qualities. Research on preschool teachers’ safety emergency accomplishment of existing research rarely, prevent safety problems studied much more in children and how to carry out safety education, also has a kindergarten crisis management literature. Therefore, there is plenty of room in study the emergency accomplishment of preschool teachers.Preschool teachers’ emergency accomplishment is an essential preschool teachers’ professional accomplishment, treat safety emergency events by teachers’ attitude, master the emergency safety knowledge and safety emergency behavior three aspects to evaluate. In this study, we collected the questionnaire survey and the national within the scope of the case, including the different categories of children accident injury, investigation and analysis of teachers’ knowledge, attitude of emergency, the emergency handling, accident emergency treatment, diet, disease problems of emergency treatment of emergency treatment, natural emergency treatment of five kinds of problems.The research on preschool teachers safety emergency accomplishment of internal elements of the analysis, found the preschool teachers’ safety emergency better attitude, preschool teachers’ safety emergency knowledge medium level, safety emergency behavior of kindergarten teachers have the individual difference. On the analysis of the relative factors influencing the safety emergency response accomplishment of preschool teachers, preschool teachers personal factors, school factors and social factors and their safety emergency accomplishment has certain correlation. The author tries to give an effective strategy to improve the safety, emergency response accomplishment of teachers group. First of all, to enhance the security and emergency awareness of teachers, is the premise to improve the safety of emergency response accomplishment; Secondly, an additional pre-professional discipline system security emergency class subjects, prospective kindergarten teachers do their "pre-employment training", thus enhance safety emergency response accomplishment preschool teacher groups; Thirdly, the establishment of standardized safety emergency training program for preschool teachers, service object, set all kinds of safety emergency knowledge training and skills training, let the kindergarten teachers in the dear body posterior, master safety emergency scientific knowledge and emergency skills and orderly; Finally, additional restrictions kindergarten teachers in safety emergency training certificate,in order to ensure the steady promotion of preschool teacher safety emergency response accomplishment level.
