Study On Several Issues Of The Pre-employment Training Of The Elementary School Teacher In The Country Teacher Qualification Reformtion

With the development of the country teacher certificate reform and the publishment ofteacher’s professional standard and teachers’ educational curriculum standard,thepre-emlpoyment training of teacher causes to be reformed. And request from the society hasbe increasing high.This paper analyses social request to elementary school teacher,discussesthe insuse of training mode,and tries to offer coping stratrgy.Based on the lifelong educationtheory, teachers’ profession development theory and teachers’qualities constructiontheory,this paper analyses four representative training models and the current situations in ourcountry. This paper aims to give advises to the challenge of teacher qualification reformation.The thesis is divided into four main parts:Part I:Introduction. This part general exposes topics reason, the significance of topics,innovation and basic research ideas and research methods of this study. Trying to completelyanswer the necessary of this paper.Part II: Definition and theoretical basis. This part defines the concept of this research andexplores its meaning,in order to provide the basis and foundation for further research. Thelifelong education theory, teachers’ profession development theory and teachers’qualitiesconstruction theory act as the basis of the pre-employment training of the elementary schoolteacher.Part III: Research on several issues of pre-employment training.Following the reformtionof teacher qualification,this part tries to research on the reformtion of teacher trainingtechnically and practically.Part Ⅳ:Suggestions.This part puts forward four principles and six suggestions aiming atproviding the basis for the research and reformation of pre-employment training of theelementary school teaches.
