This paper in view of the only child the unique characteristics of the influencing factors on the sports reserve personnel conducted research and analysis from the following aspects.In this paper, by using the method of literature, logical analysis, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method to one child and parent school nine Changsha, Wangcheng, Ningxiang three areas as the investigation objects, by investigating the influence factors of participation in physical training to the only child and the only child to sports reserve human of, and the following conclusions:(1) were analyzed from the angle of parents of the only child, in the family life, the parents of the children of the allocation of spare time sports training can not play a positive role, behavior and parents and children sports reality of sports attitude, sports concept has great difference, in addition, the parents of the children of the future career direction is unfavorable and sports development, therefore, the parents of children participating in physical training attitude etc., and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of this phenomenon.(2) and then, in today’s one-child as the mainstream of social environment, and the only child has its own unique characteristics, these characteristics will affect the child to physical training awareness and attitudes, so the reserve talent resources of sports will cause a great impact. So the study on the relationship between the child’s own characteristics of sports talent reserve by this article, on how to expand the reserve talent resources of physical education and put forward some suggestions to improve the training system of sports reserve talent.(3) in addition to the physical quality is a measure of a child can become a excellent sports reserve talent, personality characteristics and physical behavior is unique and they are closely linked. On the whole, the only child to want to join the sports reserve talent ranks, and wants to become an excellent sports reserve talent, a good talent to become the only when they agree to their personality characteristics and sports behavior and sports reserve talent to request. Therefore, to explore the characteristics and physical behavior of the only child in their impact on sports reserve talent is very necessary.According to the above results, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for:(1) in response to the parents and children with physical training attitude, the publicity, implementation of the "teaching, scientific research, training" combined with the system tries to from the thought to change the understanding of.sports.(2) establishing the scientific talent concept, the sports and education combination(3) according to the characteristics of only child of their own, take educational measures differ from man to man(4) culture pays much attention to the child’s interest, to stimulate students interest in physical training on children, encourage children to actively participate in the physical training.(5) starting from the parent’s point of view, the formation of the parents, from the ideological change their traditional knowledge of sports, the parents to improve understanding of the physical training, the cognition and attitude to sports of parents to the infected children. (6) introduce perfect athlete insurance system and employment system, eliminate the one-child parents and children of the future employment crisis.
