Objective:This test was on the basis of existing studies while taking five or six grade students for the study, the charm of the revised questionnaire upper primary teachers (other-report version, the same below) and the establishment of Hunan Province, while upper primary Grade teacher charm regional (other-report version, the same below) norm.Methods:This study is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, mainly literature analysis, questionnaire, expert surveys, and exploratory research, validation studies and other research methods. According to the research process and the degree of measurement facilities, research and select the appropriate statistical methods to analyze and ultimately come to the revised primary school teachers in higher grades charm questionnaires and regional norm.Results:The revised questionnaire charm upper elementary teachers belonging eight dimensions, plus four polygraph questions of45items. Eight dimensions are attractive qualities, skills charisma, language charm, charisma, charm teaching style, the image of glamor, emotional charisma, charm and knowledge polygraph projects. The questionnaire internal consistency reliability coefficient was0.908, its split-half reliability was0.878. Primary concern for teachers charismatic was significant about gender differences in general, girls are more concerned about the teacher’s character charm, charm skills, language charm, charisma and image aspects of teachers’ teaching style charm charisma than boys; Grade5students than sixth grade student teachers are more concerned about the character of charm, charisma and teaching style charm, and sixth grade students are more concerned about the teacher’s emotional charm than Grade5students; urban students are more concerned than the rural teachers charisma students, teaching ability charisma, charm personal qualities, teachers’ teaching style glamor was associated features. Grades and between urban and rural areas, a significant interaction between gender and urban and rural areas.Establishment of a grade, gender and urban-rural Hunan variable upper primary teachers glamor regional norm.Conclusions:In this study, on the basis of pre-existing studies to further improve the characteristics of upper primary teachers charm questionnaire constructed and validated by confirmatory factor analysis of the questionnaire structure is more reasonable."Fifth Grade Teacher charm questionnaire (other-report Edition)" has good reliability and validity. According to multivariate analysis of variance results, the establishment of urban and rural areas, grade and gender as a variable regional (his assessment Edition) norm for upper primary teacher evaluation study provides a reference.
