The communication between teachers and students has always been a concerned topic,in recent years,more and more researchers have started to pay attention to the issue of equity of teaching in primary school and made some achievements,but there are few studies on the fairness in language exchanges between teachers and students in primary school.For students,primary school is not only an important stage of physical and mental development,but also the critical period of personality formation.The school is the primary place for pupils 'activities.Teachers play an important role in pupils' life,and their discourse will exert a significant impact on the development of pupils.However,in actual primary school,there is an unfair phenomenon in language communication between teachers and students.Therefore,this thesis takes the issue of fairness in language communication between teachers and students as the research topic.This dissertation adopts qualitative research paradigm,mainly contains observation method,interview method and case analysis method.The investigator goes deep into the school for a long time and finds the first material of unfair phenomenon of language communication between teachers and students by observing language communication between them in natural and authentic campus environment,and combines those materials with cases to carry out a preliminary analysis.Then through formal or informal interviews,the views of inequality of language exchange between teachers and students be summarized and in-depth analyzed to find out the real reason of unfair problems and proposed to promote fair communication between teachers and students Feasibility Strategy.This article is divided into three parts: The first part,through the author's personal observation on campus,collects the cases of unfairness in language communication between teachers and students,and encodes and analyzes that the inequity of language communication between teachers and students is mainly reflected in the teachers' Students in the process of language exchange,due to the different rights of both parties resulting in the language of the inequitable phenomenon,as well as teachers,respectively,with different students in the process of language exchange,due to the personal preferences of students and their own individual differences Caused by the language,the emotional inequities.The second part aims to find out the reasons that affect the language fair communication between teachers and students by collecting relevant materials and conducting formal or informal interviews with teachers and informal interviews with students.There are teachers' own enthusiasm for education,Lack of students and other aspects of their own academic performance impact,their own personality characteristics,as well as the impact of teaching pressure on teachers and social adverse factors on the schools,teachers,students and so caused.The third part,from the teachers 'level,the author presents the operational strategies in order to promote the fair communication between teachers and students in terms of how to enhance the teachers' and students 'fair awareness of language communication and harmonious coexistence between teachers and students.This study tries to change the control of teachers' rights for primary school teachers and students in language communication,and make every effort to make students become autonomous and reflective actors.In addition,it seeks to equip teachers with a sense of fairness in communicating with different students,thereby demonstrating the dignity and value of each student as a human being while also helping the general primary school teacher to better cope with the students and promote the healthy growth of students.
