With the development of the society, all kinds of new technology and new teaching theory, such as bamboo shoots, brought great influence to education field. In order to adapt to the development of the innovation of technology and theory, the microteaching also needs innovation and reform in the1950s.At present, most of the microteaching in the domestic still continue to use the10kinds of teaching skills which are classified by Beijing education institute, and use the individual skills training mode. Locating the microteaching limited in the teaching skill training and cultivating, this isolation of teaching skill is easy to make students understanding and feeling of misleading, that teaching is the simple piece together various teaching skills and mechanical combination. It will seriously affect the teaching quality, make the prospective teachers could not cope with the complex and changeable actual classroom teaching, and teaching skills diversification makes the testee can’t catch the key of the project, which will lead to evaluate the failure. In addition, individual class uses a fuzzy training method that is not specific training objectives, gives priority to with experience of teaching.In this paper, the study lasted for nearly two years, in hunan normal university as the research object, through the research institute of history and culture, college of life science and school of education science using microteaching mode for a long time, refer to the microteaching of the existing research results, draw on its original advantages. According to the development of the teaching method in the information age, from the way of classification, the teaching skill training, evaluation process, such as angle of bold innovation, the article puts forward the new type of the microteaching mode and teaching evaluation system. New teaching skills of the microteaching mode can be divided into: import skill, language skill, media skill, feedback to strengthen skill, end skill, using the scale evaluation and instant oral evaluation. Training is the process:knowledge preparation, diagnosision of teaching skill, seminars of teaching skills, teaching skill training, evaluation of teaching skill, exchanging experience, reflection. The new mode will be applied to grade2011of hunan normal university education technology professional microteaching and analyze the data in the Article, then track the microteaching mode influence on normal education practice, confirmed that the new model is of great help to improve their teaching ability.
