September1999, China’s Ministry of Education issued a primary and secondary school teachers’ continuing education requirements, the majority of our clearly defined primary and secondary education teachers must continue to work actively to promote teachers to update their knowledge, and effectively improve the overall quality of teachers as a whole.In recent years, through the continuing education of teachers at home and abroad to carry out the collection and study of relevant information and documents, using questionnaires and statistical approach to school politics teacher some cities and counties in Hunan Province conducted a comprehensive investigation. By finishing the survey results and statistics, summed up the main idea of the current problems in Hunan school politics teacher issues arise in the course of continuing education are continuing education, continuing education timing issues, continuing education and training courses set up, teaching and training model innovation issues and the problems of continuing education and examination system incentives such as continuing education. The main issues on the above analysis and research, and on this basis, the proposed concept to advocate for continuing education, stressing the importance of continuing education, reasonable arrangements for continuing education time and improve the efficiency of school politics teacher learning, the replacement of continuing education content to meet political actual teaching middle school teachers need to implement innovative curriculum, and increasing the active participation of teachers, development of rational incentives and continuing education continuing education to improve assessment methods and a series of targeted and problem-solving strategies have substantive significance and programs, in order to promote the Hunan Provincial Secondary School teachers’ continuing Education ideological and political work smoothly.
