Along with our country market economy system gradually perfect, the further reform and opening up, the social competition is increasingly fierce. The development of modern society to talented person’s demand more comprehensive, in addition to the IQ, EQ, quotient of students is also gradually became the focus of attention. School besides to cultivate the students’ intelligence, on their adversity quotient education also appears more urgent. Ordinary university sports teaching, middle-long-distance project is one of the important teaching contents, it is a can integrate students physique, will and spirit of education process, is an important part of quality education. Characteristics of distance teaching is to improve students’ mental health, eliminate psychological barriers, cultivate and improve students’ ability to resist setback, and promote the all-round development of students body and mind, make students in various environment can keep a good state of adaptation, and can give full play to their potential. How to in distance teaching practice make students development quotient is the main purpose of the research that we want. In view of the above research value, the integrated use of literature, in a large collection of the relevant materials, and adversity quotient middle-long-distance project combining its own characteristics, has carried on the distance teaching in physical education teaching, discusses its research on the influence of high adversity quotient. Mainly using the method of experiment, selected high school two parallel classes that in comparative classes and experimental classes, respectively, to verify that the implementation of distance teaching in physical education teaching to improve the effect of high adversity quotient. Combined with the use of scale test method, mathematical statistics research methods, such as the following conclusions:(1) Middle-distance race teaching has positive value to cultivate and improve the effect of students’level of AQ, especially in the face of adversity stress reaction force control and consequences of two component factors significantly.(2) The distance teaching can effectively improve the problem in high adversity quotient ability attribution and patience, and two aspects of the ability on has a very significant difference before and after the experiment. But in high adversity quotient ability to control and influence scope to improve the effect is not obvious.(3) The distance teaching can cultivate students mental toughness, improve high school students cope with adversity "elastic".(4) Improve students’ Adversity Quotient is a long and complex process that requires long-term accumulation to succeed. Implementation of distance running in physical education teaching can clearly feel the improvement of students’ ability to face adversity, physical and mental qualities obviously been a corresponding increase.
