Middle-distance race in track and field sports training is a big strength,big sports,big load of training,and the big load movement is bound to cause the fatigue of athletes,no fatigue,no return,no recovery,athletic ability is not improve.Due to the continuous improvement of the level of competitive sports,middle-long-distance training load is more and more big,the conventional rehabilitation relaxation method cannot have satisfied the contemporary middle-long-distance big strength,heavy load and big volume of demand,the coaches must use all kinds of effective and scientific methods and means and promote the middle-distance race athletes fatigue,to constantly improve the competitive level athletes,so as to achieve better results.And yoga is a new project,it is integrated with physical,psychological and movement,awareness through yoga breathing,yoga and meditation,and combined with yoga asana practice,make the practitioners in yoga relaxing atmosphere to stretch to relax tense muscles,stretch the whole body,at the same time make practicing person in the process of practice and eliminate all distractions,ease the relax nerves,so as to restore the role of fatigue.This research trying to relax from yoga principles,according to the characteristics of the middle-long-distance by exploring yoga relaxation in middle school students the role of middle-long-distance training again.Thesis mainly adopts the research methods including literature method,experimental method,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics etc,the author in loudi a lieutenant colonel track team 18 middle-distance race athletes(male 12,female 6)as the research object,apply yoga relaxation method in middle school students middle-long-distance fatigue recovery training.18 players according to men and women were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group and the control group,respectively,two groups of athletes are using the same amount of exercise and intensity of sports training,at the end of the training,the experimental group by using yoga to relax,athletes are still using conventional methods of relaxation,and control group for the convenience of monitoring the athletes' fatigue recovery,select athletes physiological indexes(heart rate,blood lactate and blood urea)monitoring,after 12 weeks of experiment research,get two sets of various physiological indicators in athletes,through the statistical analysis of the significance of two groups of athletes,if p values > 0.05,if there is no significant difference between experimental group and the control group,p values < 0.05,suggesting that athletes exist significant differences in both groups,and combining with athletes to the feeling of fatigue analysis,the following main conclusions:1)compared with the conventional relaxation training,yoga relaxation training can promote students middle-long-distance faster heart rate recovery after training,middle-distance race athletes after training faster to remove fatigue,yoga in the relaxation method is applied to the recovery of middle-long-distance training has played a positive role.2)compared with the conventional relaxation training,relaxation training can promote students faster yoga middle-long-distance lactic acid removal after training,reduce the accumulation of lactic acid after intensive training athletes,alleviate the athlete exercise fatigue,yoga middle-long-distance relaxation method is applied to the middle school students has played a positive role in training.3)compared with the conventional relaxation training,relaxation training can quickly reduce the yoga students middle-long-distance training after the concentration of blood urea,alleviate the athlete exercise fatigue,yoga middle-long-distance relaxation method is applied to high school students will help athletes fatigue recovery in the return to training.4)in the athletes of the self assessment of fatigue,compared with the conventional relaxation training,relaxation training yoga middle-distance race athletes can effectively reduce the middle school students subjective fatigue of athletes after intensive training,relaxation yoga athletes plays a positive role for ease of athletic psychological fatigue.
