The Ministry of Education promulgated the " Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial)" in2001, which indicates that our country has entered a new era of basic education curriculum reform. The teaching skill of normal university students has great efforts on the process of curriculum reform.Therefore, the education area places increasing emphasis on the training of teaching skills of normal college students. And they promulgated the " Teacher Education Curriculum Standards (Trial)" in2010,which specifies the direction for the normal universities and the training of normal university students. However,the teaching skills of students are still not ideal, which requires the normal school as the cradle of teacher training should intensify the cultivation of normal university students’teaching skills. Microteaching as a way of systematical teaching skills training, has already been paid high attention by the majority of normal colleges. However, in the process of practice, there are many problems that need to be further optimized.Firstly, based on the analysis of the research related to teaching skills and micro-teaching, knowing that the status of teaching skills of each teacher training college is not optimistic. Then the author conducted a survey of2,010undergraduates in my college by homemade questionnaire about micro-teaching of Biology and analysed the results. Results shows:(1) The microteaching resources are insufficient, which is difficult to meet the needs of skill training.(2) When participated in the microteaching, students’attitude was nice, but the participated enthusiasm was difficult to maintain, namely, easy to appear the "plateau" condition.(3) The organization form of the microteaching needs to be innovative, enforcement remains to be strengthened.(4) The assessment and feedback of the microteaching is not strong enough.(5) The students have a weak sense of modification the lesson plan and teaching reflection.Combining the question the survey found and existing research, the author puts forward the following training strategies:(1)to strengthen the microteaching curriculum reform, including the optimization of the mode of bioscience microteaching, updating the contents of bioscience microteaching;(2) according to each link of the microteaching,to improve the effectiveness of teaching skills training,such as,with heterogeneous classes teaching research activity to improve the quality of preparing lessons before class; reforming the way of evaluation and feedback by class observation to improve the effectiveness of evaluation and feedback; developing a framework on teaching reflection to improve the students’ senses in the revise of teaching plans and teaching reflection.Above strategies aim at optimizing the microteaching, guaranteeing the effectiveness of the teaching skill training, in order to efficiently accelerate the biological normal university students’teaching skills and to adapt themselves to the biology teaching quickly after they work in the middle school, then promote the curriculum reform.
