Physical education students,after four years of college professional learning,not only to master the skilled sports technology,as the cradle of physical education students,but also to master teaching skills,which is a new era of physical education requirements.Nowadays,there are many ways to cultivate the teaching skills of physical education teachers.Microteaching is one of them.Microteaching is the use of modern teaching methods of electro-chemistry,and form a reasonable and systematic training mode for cultivating normal students.Kind of practical,simple operation,is widely used to cultivate teaching ability teaching mode,micro-teaching in the field of sports for the training of sports teachers is more widely used.This paper mainly uses the method of experiment control to analyze the difference between microteaching and routine teaching to cultivate the teaching skill of physical education students.Selected two athletic classes in Shandong Normal University,two athletic class students as the experimental object.Research methods include: literature,questionnaires,statistics and experiments and other research methods.The procedure is as follows: Through the access to information,questionnaires,visiting experts,the five teaching skills that students should have to master in physical education are determined,and the weight of teaching indicators corresponding to each teaching skill is determined.At the beginning of the experiment,The students in the experimental group and the control group tested the skills of teaching and exercise respectively,and determined that there was no significant difference.And then design the experimental program.The students in the experimental group used microteaching,and the students in the control group adopted regular teaching.After 12 weeks of teaching practice,the students were tested with five teaching skills and sports technical level.Finally,the experimental results are analyzed.The conclusions of the experimental study are as follows:1.Micro-teaching in the promotion of physical education students comprehensiveteaching ability,more conventional teaching methods,have certain advantages.2.Micro-teaching in the promotion of the explanation,visual presentation,control of three teaching skills have a better effect,and teaching objectives set,the end of the skills and the control group is little or slightly lower than the control group.3.Micro-teaching to improve the physical education students sports skills on the effect is not obvious,and the conventional teaching method or less.
