The Innovation Study On The Training Mode Of High School Politics Teacher In Normal Univ By The "Three Types Of Teaching And On E Pattern" Training Mode

Since the21st century, a wave of teachers’teaching reform has emerged. Meanwhile, the normal universities, acting as the base of teachers’education and training, are facing great challenges. And thus normal universities are now actively carrying out exploration and research about the teachers’training mode both on theory and practice."X+X" training mode for teachers with Bachelor degree and Master degree has gradually turned into the main tendency of educational reform in normal universities. In recent years, in the construction of the national characteristically major---Ideological and Political Education, Hunan Normal University has initially probed into the " Three Types of Teaching and One Pattern" training mode of high school politics teacher. This new path, running school with middle schools, has brought up a host of high school politics teachers featuring with "happy teaching, appropriate teaching, good at teaching and professional" and those also with faithful political determination, noble qualified teachers’ethics, thick and solid major base, high-leveled teaching skills, and the ability to push forward a new round high school politics course reform positively.The ultimate goal of high school politics teacher training mode is to follow the required trend of the times and the development of teachers’ education. Guided by the quality education theory, lifelong education theory, constructivist theory and teaching theory, and also in connection with the drawbacks of traditional teachers’education:for example, closed and unified traditional teachers’training mode, curriculum concentrating on theory instead of practice, narrow teachers’sources,low-qualified teachers’training; and teachers with no teaching salient, we should strengthen the importance of combining theory with practice, the practical teaching and the optimization of teachers’teaching courses. And the " Three types of teaching and one pattern " of high school politics teacher training mode is a significant breakthrough of the innovative teachers’ training mode.
