"Education must be fun"(education must be interesting.) Interest is the best teacher, and interest is good for our young students to learn the language."Primary English Outline" says:"The interest is the teacher for students to learn the language, however, as primary teachers, we must think over how to make boring language interesting. First,we must stimulate students’interests in learning English which is an important task for primary teaching currently."If primary teachers can consciously cultivate students’enduring interests in English learning, they will really love English. In recent years, the game teaching in primary schools shows strong vitality and is very popular among students. Game teaching not only can develop pupils’interests and desire for knowledge, but also can make class active and enhance friendship among students."English curriculum standards" and Yilin version of the Oxford Primary English" teaching materials present a series of games as the main teaching activities of teachers and students in learning activities. Game teaching combines knowledge and practice, making students take the initiative to actively participate in activities and acquire knowledge and skills; game teaching also can increase students’interests and experience joys, taking the initiative to understand learning’s joy and satisfaction of success. Pupils intellectual,cognitive,communication ability get comprehensive and harmonious development in game teaching. This kind of teaching process can achieve the effect of mutual progress better. Therefore, game teaching has been a common teaching method in primary schools generally employed by English teachers, and an effective way to comprehensively improve primary English teaching.Using the literature survey, interviews, practical teaching case analysis, practical and other research methods for primary English to observe and research teaching game, and analyze from numerous classroom scenarios for suggests. Contents of this paper are divided into the following sections:The first part is an introduction, describes the background and significance of the study, detailed combed the current research also clearly the main methods and ideas of the study; defines a theoretical overview of the game teaching connotation.The second part is observed through the primary school English teaching classroom game, summarized the primary school English teaching game theory namely:characteristics of primary school English teaching game, classification and principles, and the several theories into practice to guide practice.The third part of primary school English teaching practice game, according to the second part of the theory, applied to the primary school English classroom teaching the game to go, observation and analysis. The fourth part describes Strategy games teaching English in primary schools, making the basic characteristics and practice issues combined analysis, interpretation put forward in the game among the relevant teaching strategies.
