The employment psychology of Secondary School Chinese Language Teacher is all kinds of the psychological quality of secondary school Chinese language teachers showed in the activities of secondary school Chinese language teaching, including the psychology of choosing the career as a secondary school Chinese language teacher and the psychology of working as a secondary school Chinese language teacher. In terms of secondary school Chinese language teaching profession, the employment psychology should not only have the characteristics of general teachers:love the student and the talent; good at inspiration and guidance; study and work hard, set himself/herself up as a example, truth-seeking and etc., but also have the unique psychological characteristics as a secondary school Chinese language teacher, such as the love of Chinese language subject, indomitable will, keen observation, good verbal ability and etc.The thesis is mainly based on the research about the employment psychology of secondary school Chinese language teachers of the poor area Xin Hua County, Hunan Province. It adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and interview survey to do the psychological research among the local secondary school Chinese language teachers from the personality, working motivation, professional ability and professional identity these four aspects, thus to understand the employment psychology of secondary school Chinese language teachers in poor areas and to find out the psychological problems existed in the working process and study the causes of the psychological problems to come up with the countermeasures and measures.The employment psychology of secondary school Chinese language teachers of the poor area mainly displays in four aspects:the personality, working motivation, professional ability and professional identity. The existing problems mostly are motivation drive shortness, professional ethics deviations, emotional imbalance, low language ability, insufficient professional wit and education methods, occupational burnout, serious career plateau phenomenon, low Chinese teaching self-efficacy and career well-being and etc. The essay is to suggest the solutions for the above problems from the subjective aspect and objective aspect. The suggestions from the subjective aspect mainly are to reinforce the language ability, develop the teaching ability; strength the psychological adjustment ability and display the personality charm of the secondary school Chinese language teachers, and etc.; the suggestions from the subjective aspect mainly are to safeguard the life level, reform the evaluation and management mode and guide the society to create a reasonable social atmosphere of the secondary school Chinese language teachers. Through the joint efforts of the above two aspects, it will promote the employment mental health of secondary school Chinese language teachers of the poor area.
