As the science and technology become the primary productive forces, more and more countries pay largely attention to education and our country has implemented the strategies of relying on science and education to rejuvenate the nation and the talented person to make our nation powerful. From1985, along with continuous reformation of the educational system, college graduate distribution system independently by plan allocation gradually transforms to graduate self choice employment. College graduates are valuable resources in our country, and the employment problem becomes the extensive concern of the society and the country. Following the development of our country’s higher education, especially enrollment expansion of colleges from1999, the number of college graduates has been sharply growing and the employment situation of the college graduates is getting increasingly serious becoming a common problem of the whole society.Faced with the tough job market and the competitive marketplace, college graduates has surfed the unprecedented pressure. Additionally, as the college graduates under the special growth stage in life with physical and mental development immature enough, facing the huge employment pressure and social temptations, the college graduates inevitable form some undesirable employment psychology problem. The undesirable employment psychology problems will have seriously bad effects on the college employment leading to a more tough employment situation.College graduates’ employment psychology problems have become the focus of college and society. Large amounts of scholars have conducted deeply research and more colleges have established employment guidance course in student training system. In order to deeply realize the college graduates’ employment psychology, the study investigated the college students’ employment psychology in four Inner Mongolia collages through questionnaire survey. The paper supplies further research basis and practice foundation for college graduates’ employment psychology, and has a great important theoretical value and guiding significance for employment guidance for the college graduates.The questionnaire survey shows that most college students’ employment psychology are appropriate, while parts of college students surf some employment mentality and psychology problems. Those problems are summarized as cognitive psychology problem, emotional psychological issues, and social psychological problems. From the psychological point, the paper combined the macro and micro factors and studied the comprehensive influence from society, college, family, and individual for the college students’ employment psychology problems. For positive response to the problem, the government should transform functions to create a good environment for college graduates employment; the colleges should deeper reform with emphasis on the market orientation and perfect the employment guidance and psychological counseling for college graduates; further strengthening the family education to create a good family atmosphere; college students should objectively evaluate themselves, adjust the reasonable expectations for employment, and develop excellent psychological quality as well as master appropriate mental adjustment methods.
