In the background of rapid industrialization and urbanization, cities in China are experiencing reconstruction of the spatial structure. With the rapid development of social economy, there are a series of problems in some big cities, such as traffic jam, declining air quality and so on. These phenomena have drawn a common concern of academics and relevant government departments. With the process of urbanization in Changsha city, the traffic congestion and commuting time in rush hours are becoming more and more serious in recent years. Both of commuting time and distance increased significantly, and they led to the phenomena of mismatch of job-housing and spatial mismatch. Above all, they affected the life quality and urban order. This article aims to determine the degree of the mismatch of job-housing in Changsha city and analyze the influence factors using job-housing balance and mismatch theories based on the individual questionnaire. In this paper, we selected15district residence samples in the five main city zones of Changsha city, obtained Changsha city the employment populations commuting survey data using simple random sampling method. Using the existing and mature research method " logistic regression method ", learned the characteristics of the employment populations’job-housing in Changsha city. We present the following conclusions:1, There is a certain spatial mismatch between Changsha city the employment populations’living and employment, but not serious. The average commute time is29.83minutes in2013, and the average commuting distance is7.8km.2,Commuting time and commuting distance spatial differences are significant from the center of the city to the around areas, but average commute time of the employment populations in West Bank of Xiangjiang river are more than that of the east coast residents.3, Area of residence, employment location, housing property, age, salary level, education level, and commuter mode have an impact on mismatch of job-housing in Changsha city. Job location, education level and commute mode play vital roles in the mismatch phenomenon.4,The national policy, urban planning, transportation and personal property, etc are important factors that caused mismatch of job-housing.
