The Internet technology provides an unprecedented support for asynchronous online class. This class is usually based on some kind of online education platform in which students and teachers were leaning and teaching in different time and places. Because of the single interactive tools in asynchronous online class, the interactive effects are always not obvious,which greatly reduced the students’ enthusiasm of learning. The emergence of a variety of instant messaging tools, many people writing tools, virtual team learning support tools have provided some new methods of E-leaning in this information age.In synchronous online class, learners can form virtual learning team. The communication between virtual team members is more dependent on the network and information transmission technology, which is different from the way of traditional face-to-face teams.Learners communicate and exchange their views with their teacher and team members in order to acquire knowledge and growth. In this process, many kinds of complicated interaction behaviors with learners and technologies are produced. They are an important part of E-learning behavior.This article selects the common course "modern education technology" online class of CCNU as the research case. Based on the theoretical analysis,classroom practice and the analysis of the collected data, through questionnaire, interview, case study and other research methods,the research has done many work,including classifying and modeling interaction behavior of E-learning,buiding level tower of these behaviors and putting forward the suggestions and measures to improve the interaction of E-learning. The content of this article is divided into six parts:(1) The introduction part. This part mainly elaborates the research background of this paper, the research status at home and abroad, the research significance, research methods and research innovation.(2)The explanation of related concepts.This part mainly explain some concepts, including Behavior Science, E-learning Behavior, Interactive Theory and Conversational Online Class.(3)The statistic and analysis of the interaction behaviors in "modern education technology" online class. This part collects learners’ubiquitous interactive behaviors in the class by the questionnaire investigation, interview, case experiment.,Thus determining the classification properties,level tower of the interaction behaviors in synchronous online class.(4) Preliminary build interactive behavior evaluation index system of synchronous online class.On the basis of the evaluation dimensions,combining with the discussion with experts, we can establish all levels of evaluation indicators. Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) software yaahp, we can also calculate the indicators weight of this evaluation index system,thus establishing the whole evaluation index system.(5) The improvement and application of the interaction index system. Issue various virtual learning teams with self-reported questionnaire on self-reported interaction behavior to evaluate themselves.By doing descriptive statistics analysis, reliability and validity analysis,the index system will be modified.Finally,the research use the system to evaluate the team interactive behavior performance and do the correlation analysis with team learning outcomes.(6)Conclusion. This part summarizes the work has done, points out the deficiency of research and future research prospects.
