| The virtual nature of online games will make the interaction behavior of players different from reality. In the field of the game, the virtual interaction behavior of players will be affected by the driving force of their inner needs. The virtual interaction behavior of MOBA online game players is mainly communication behavior and mutual assistance behavior, and these behaviors are also affected by Maslow’s demand level. In this study, the League of Legends college students players as the research object, their virtual interaction behavior as the dependent variable,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory in the three levels of needs as the independent variable,to study the relationship between them.In this study,512 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by spss.22 software.Firstly, the need of belonging and love and the need of cognition and understanding will have a positive effect on the communication behavior of players, while the need of respect will not.Secondly, players’ needs of respect, belonging and love, and cognition and understanding will have a positive impact on players’ mutual assistance behavior.Thirdly,in terms of the degree of influence on players’ communication behavior, the need for belonging and love is greater than the need for cognition and understanding, which corresponds to the decreasing model proposed by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, but lacks the need for respect in the middle. In this dimension, the need for respect exceeds the need for belonging and love, while the need for cognition and understanding has the least influence on both behaviors. Finally, this study modifies the theoretical model to improve the model of factors that influence Maslow’s demand level on players’ virtual interaction behavior, and hopes that the future research can adopt the random sampling method and expand the research content. |
