Further promote of the reform and opening up accelerate the transformation of the development of urbanization of our society. the internal structure of the migrant population changed significantly, the new generation of young migrant workers gradually become the main force among urban construction. The subject of this article is born in the1990s, the age of16-22years old young migrant workers, known as post-90s migrant workers.Post-90s migrant workers is in the early stages of adulthood, but focused on the pursuit of an independent peer relationships period, while facing the development of self-identity issues establised that individuals understand the various meanings of social roles, learn to play different roles, realize the role of self-identity. If an individual lacks of initiative and self-confidence, he can not correctly understand the meaning of various social roles, that is, the stage is relatively strong interpersonal needs of individuals in social interaction activities. According to the survey, post-90s migrant workers gradually more emphasis on interpersonal, emotional, psychological needs met, but because of their family background, living environment, nature of work and field and other factors are often not fully realized and satisfying. Therefore, from a developmental perspective, post-90s migrant workers are cultured interpersonal skills, not only to meet its growing demand, but also complement its restrictive conditions faced.In this paper, a group of probationary period in J Industrial Park as an example, use of interviews, participant observation, literature review, questionnaires and other research methods to understand post-90s migrant workers’ interpersonal problems and needs, and group work involved in the post-90s migrant youth interpersonal skills training action research, the nature of trying to meet the demand of clients and group work to explore two aspects of group work in the post-90s migrant youth culture of interpersonal skills applicability; the activities carried out in this group under the guidance of "Mirror Me" theory, social learning theory, systems theory and other theories. Workers in each section of the course activities, performance and changes in crew observed and recorded in detail, and through members sharing activities after workers on the crew’s observations and interviews, the Steering views on a variety of activities assessment instruments to evaluate this event be staged this group to carry out activities under the guidance of the theory of my "theory, social learning theory,Workers, members filled activities after the event evaluation and opinions expressed satisfaction on the activities of the evaluation team to verify the intervention group activities Meanwhile, also on the lack of this group activities were summarized in order to provide sound advice for future interpersonal skills training to carry out group; Finally, summarize some of the rules to enhance the interpersonal skills training.
