Economically Underdeveloped Areas Of Rural Primary School Teachers Salary Survey And Countermeasure Research

In recent years the wages of rural teachers has been a hot issue in education research, although the rural teachers’ attention to much higher than in the past, but rural teachers salaries contains many elements, such as welfare, bonus and allowance etc.. Rural teachers’ salaries are generally low status is a problem to be solved urgently, which is also seriously affected the quality of education, resulting in the talent outflow. Study on the economic benefits of teachers or to a certain extent, to solve the problem of treatment of teacher provides some theory bases, but through access to information, research for the wages of rural teachers. But few people do specialized research.According to2011statistics show, in the national compulsory education teachers, nearly1/4of the total number of people who work in the harsh conditions of the place, which accounted for78.57%of the teachers, distribution in the townships and rural areas. These areas of the teachers’ wages are very low, some teachers even said that when teachers than to the coolie earn more, reflect these area for wage discontent.In this thesis, research adopted questionnaire survey method, using the methods of literature as the auxiliary, a rural primary school in S County of Chaoyang City as an example, the investigation and research of salary of this rural primary school teachers in rural areas. Through the investigation concluded, the local rural primary school teachers generally very low wages, analysis of some factors influencing rural teachers’ wages: teaching factors, performance appraisal, performance of rural teachers’ wage guarantee system, summarizes the corresponding countermeasures: title salary cancel rural primary school teachers; specification of wage structure; examination system, in order to improve the existing rural teachers embarrassment.
