Pre-school educations is the basic education stage in our country, the main object ofeducation is for children of2-6years old. For children, this is the first threshold to step intothe society and understand it. The children of this age are in the critical period of physical andmental development and initially forming their emotional attitude and values. So the teacher’swords and acts will have a profound impact on children’s development in the future. Moralconstruction is the driving force to promote the professional development and the key toimprove the overall quality of the kindergarten teachers. Strengthening and improving moralconstruction and enhancing kindergarten teachers’ moral qualities are the foci of what currentteacher education reform and development concerns, also an important task of preschooleducation work and an inevitable demand of the times.Moral status and its construction of kindergarten are two indispensable aspects onmorality research of kindergarten teachers, this study is based on the urban kindergartens ofJinzhou city, conducting investigations with literature research, questionnaire and interview tohighlight the outstanding problems that exist in kindergarten teachers’ morality and itsconstruction. In terms of moral status, the research has focused on two dimensions ofcooperation and dedication among kindergarten teachers; In terms of moral construction, theresearch has focused on two dimensions of moral training and management of kindergartenteachers. Through in-depth analysis, the research finds problems of morality and construction,points out the cause of the problems and proposes countermeasures for moral construction ofkindergarten teachers: In the aspect of strengthening cooperation, kindergarten teachers needto fully participate in it, enhance cooperation initiative and expand the scope of cooperation;In the aspect of improving kindergarten teachers’ dedication, efforts should be made toconsolidate professional foundation, ascend the capacity to comprehend profession andcultivate the spirit of professional enthusiasm; In the aspect of perfecting moral training ofkindergarten teachers, a sound mechanism need to be established, the training awarenessshould be strengthened and the quality of training should be improved; In the aspect offortifying moral management, complete moral norms should be formulated, effectivesupervision should be implemented and rational morality evaluation should be formed.
