Teachers’ profession is great and sacred.Because their work relates to the future ofthe country and the nation.Children grow up in their cultivation.They bear the gloriousmission of national continuity and innovative development.Because of their sacredduties,there is a traditional old saying that “day as a teacher, father for life.”We say that teacher is great and sacred,due to their vast knowledge and theirnoble virtues.Confucius is made as our example for the numerous successor and hasshaped a good image of teachers.With the time passing by,the glory of teachers has faded.One of the reason is thedecline of teachers’morality in recent decades.It tarnished the reputation of theteachers.There are economic,social,self-cultivation and also other various factors thatcontribute to this social phenomenon.For the current ethics chaos,this thesis tries to explore the reasons for the problemand find the way to resolve it with literature and pedagogy method,and construct theidea of a solution.Under this idea,the thesis tries to find ways and methods to solve the moralproblem by analyzing the reasons from the problems exposed in teachers’ professionalmoral construction,discuss the perspective with philosophy point and think how toimprove it.This thesis is divided into five sections.Section One:Introduction. It generally introduces the points of thesis,statesand the aim of research.It also defines the related concept and puts forward the methodsto solve the problem.Section Two:The main phenomena and problems.It discusses the main problemsand phenomena of teachers’ morality vanished.Section Three:Analyze the reasons.Analyze the reasons that cause these problemson the base of section two.Section Four:Find measures.From institution building,teacher salaries,self-cultivation,finding the specific measures to resolve these problems and promotethe theory level for teachers’ professional morality construction by using the view of theMarxist philosophy.Section Five:Conclusion....
