Good teachers’ resources are the prerequisite and basis for good education. Higher vocational school teachers are the direct perpetrators of higher vocational education functions. Vocational teachers not only need to teach students professional theoretical knowledge, but also in words and behavior. Moreover, they should serve as role models to give guidance and vocational school students cultivate subtle with its noble moral character and good ideological quality. However, big progress have been made in our higher education today, teachers of higher vocational colleges are in the historical period of the global economy and rapid development of technology, and there still exist a lot of problems in Professional Ethics. How to properly address and resolve problems like teachers’ ethics has become the primary task of Teachers Construction in Higher Vocational Schools. The new era of higher vocational colleges should strengthen the research effort on teachers’ ethics, and continue to explore effective way to build a noble morality, good quality, business skills of teachers, so as to expand and deepen the professional development of teachers theory, then rich theory of vocational education teacher training role.In this paper, it is found under the questionnaire survey that: teachers in Hunan Higher Vocational Schools are weak in faith and professionalism; career honor and dedication is not strong; occupation served with educational awareness is not enough; occupational passion and care of students is not enough; career to set an example and precept is not enough; professional discipline and honest coach is not enough; Vocational attitude and rigorous scholarship is not enough; Vocational innovation and innovation is not enough;Vocational Examination and inadequate care for business; and other outstanding problems in professional ethics as inadequate vocational experience and business ethics training.Reasons of these problems are: There is a negative impact of the market economy and public opinion and other social dimensions; for school, inadequate of Moral Cultivation in Vocational Colleges Morality and lack of institutional security etc; for teachers themselves, inadequate consciousness of teachers’ morality, teachers’ morality quality is not very high. Finally, this thesis puts forward measures to strengthen the construction of teachers’ morality in Vocational Colleges in Hunan province from three aspects: Firstly, improve the professional ethics of teachers in vocational colleges and conduct scientific connotation; secondly, improving vocational colleges Teachers’ Morals safeguard mechanism; thirdly, explore the Vocational College Teachers Moral self-improvement path.
