Integrated practical activity curriculum is a new integrated curriculum.Since the new curriculum revolution,it has appeared as independent curriculum form in our country's basic education curriculum plan.The teachers' team of the integrated practical activity curriculum is also a young team in development.It is very important to develop integrated practical activities in primary school to cultivate students'innovative spirit,practical ability and social responsibility.Therefore,primary school teachers are responsible for integrated practical activities.Taking Kaifu District of Changsha city as an example,this study investigates integrated practical curriculum teachers' scale and structure,the present situation of professional development and management status in primary school from the aspects of the integrated practical curriculum teachers' basic situation,undertaking education teaching workload,participating in research and training activities,the basic situation of the curriculum implementation in the school,teachers,recognition of the subject,their suggestions and expectations.Through a variety of ways to investigate,it is found that the current situation of teachers' team construction in integrated practice activities in primary schools is not optimistic.Mainly as follows:The allocation of primary teachers who teach integrated practical activity curriculum are unreasonable,the teachers are unstable and lack of full-time teachers;the teachers professional development of integrated practical activities in primary schools is uneven,and teachers lack systematic training,and their professional development is uneven;the construction and management of teaching staff of the relevant security system is not perfect,the mechanism of teacher evaluation and related assessment is not perfect,and the evaluation and appointment of academic titles are still in the initial stage and so on.Based on the investigation,interviews and analysis of data,this paper puts forward thoughts and suggestions to optimize the primary school curriculum of integrated practical activities of teachers:Rational allocation and optimization of teachers' team in integrated practical activity curriculum;strengthen the training,to play a leading role of Integrated Practical Professional Council and famous teachers studio,to improve the overall quality of teachers;to improve the system,formulate relevant work quantitative standards and security measures,to further improve the teachers'professional development,developing integrated practical activity curriculum of teachers' work quantitative standard,to ensure teachers access links,for reserving the integrated practical curriculum teachers,to fully open the promotion channel of part-time teachers.
