Employment is an important indicator which reflects the individual social status, amajor channel for women’s access to economic status and also the premise andfoundation for women to achieve equality between men and women. The degree of therealization of the employment of female graduates is an important symbol of themodern civilized society and an unavoidable problem on the way to build a harmonioussociety. Employment-difficulty is a dilemma which confuses female college students. Ifthis problem is ignored, it will result in the enormous waste of human resources,influence the economic development and trigger a series of social problems as well.Inorder to make better use of the human resources of female college students, to improvethe allocation efficiency of female human resources, to alleviate the current pressure onemployment, to promote economic development, to enhance the nationalcompetitiveness, the further research on the employment problems of female students isnecessarily required so that we can deal with the employment-difficulty of femalestudents better.Drawing on social gender theory, encircling the influence of the employment offemale students, based on the employment problems of female college students, theessay mainly analyzes the status quo, the causes and the solutions of theemployment-difficulty of college students. The essay is divided into the following fourparts:The first part is the introduction which states the origin, significance of theproblem and the research status both within and out of the nation. It puts forward theresearch ideas, research methods and the structure of the essay. In the end, this part clarifies the innovation of the article compared with other similar research articles.The second part consists of the first two chapters which describes the current statusquo of the employment of female graduates in China. Guided by the theory of gender,this part scientifically interprets the causes of employment-difficulty of female collegestudents. This section focuses on the influence of employment-difficulty of femalecollege students.The third part of the article is chapter three which confirms the existence ofemployment-difficulty of female college students based on the theory of femaleemployment at home and abroad. Meanwhile, it also notes that the study of sexdiscrimination in college-student employment will contribute to both the stability of thesociety and the economic growth.The fourth chapter is the fourth part which puts forward countermeasures andsuggestions to the settlement of employment-difficulty of female college students on thebasis of the integrated text analysis. It tries to promote the effective solution of theemployment problem of female college students through the efforts of the state, society,schools and female college students as well.The last section summarizes the research results of the full text.
