Study On The Positioning And Function In The National Public Service In College Sports

State refers to the state of public services to the public provision of public goods and services, but the current lack of resources in the public service has failed to meet the public demand for public resources, single-center, there are many public service supply mode drawbacks. This paper studies the clear positioning of college sports, and the positioning of a detailed analysis, combined with the actual situation of university, college sports rational use of the advantages of a national public service equalization process, broaden the supply of public services approach provides a theoretical reference.In this paper, literature, questionnaire, logical reasoning and other research methods developed college sports in the role of national public service, based on the fuzzy mathematical tool designed college sports in the country’s public service role of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system, so that college sports in the country’s public service role more clarity.Through the research on the following issues:(1) Analyzed the problems currently facing the national public service;(2) College sports is an important part of sports public service;(3) Analysis of necessity and feasibility of university sports public service;(4) Orientation of college sports in the national public service;(5)The influence of internal factors of university sports public service and external factors;(6)The role of college sports in national public service;(7)The development of college physical education concept in the national public service and follow the principles;(8)In the national public service, brings to the development of college physical education their own opportunities.According to the survey and research findings the following recommendations:To meet the national college sports and the development of public services。(1) College sports should respond positively to the call of the country, to develop public services;(2) Improve the internal organization and management, to create a harmonious atmosphere of public services;(3) The use of the sports resources in a reasonable manner, improve the utilization efficiency of venues;(4) The establishment of specialized college sports public service organizations, collegesand universities to coordinate the interests of internal and external parties.
