The Collaborative Innovation Model Research Of Industry Characteristic University

Currently, the industry technology update with increasing speed. All countries in the world dedicated to develop the industry key common technology. But to the developing country like China, there is no doubt that this was also our arduous task to face. The innovation of the industry key common technology has been the bottleneck of our industry development. As a key member of collaborative innovation, how the industry characteristics universities to choose a scientific and rational model to promote collaborative innovation of science and yielding better results, we have to face a major issue and needs careful study to solve.This study is targeted at it to discussed, which is how to select the model and what model to establish of collaborative innovation to the industry characteristics university. Based on the literature review of consolidation, the synergetic, innovation, management, strategic alliance theory as the theoretical basis, foreign universities case study on collaborative innovation as a practice, mainly by the analysis of industry characteristics university cooperative innovation mode selection in-depth study and construction of case analysis method and SWOT strategy. Which, through the SWOT analysis of the strategic model, provide a strategic basis and selection strategy to the industry characteristics university to choose the collaborative innovation model. Industry characteristics universities should seize the opportunity to locate and identify their own direction of development, based on their strengths and needs of countries and industries choose collaborative innovation model. The innovation of this paper lies in the analysis based on the SWOT strategy, in combination with their own advantages and external demand, inherit the original cooperation experience and learn from the successful experience of foreign university collaborative innovation, then, choice and design of the political research strategic alliance for characteristic university. Collaborative innovation center in this model for the organization and management of strategic alliance, and strategic alliances collaborative mechanisms used in running political research in strategic alliances.In this study, as American Association of Universities, eight-school league in Australia, the U.S. Silicon Valley, Japan Tsukuba Science City the cases, use case analysis method to compare summarizes the foreign university collaborative innovation and inspiration on the successful experience of university collaborative innovation model and reference. Secondly, through the SWOT strategy analysis method, drawn collaborative innovation model selection ideas, that is according to the industry characteristic university advantage, national and industry needs to determine the direction of collaborative innovation. Inheritance of Industry-Academy-Research cooperation experience, select the collaborative innovation model of the industry characteristics type from our existing university collaborative innovation models. Gradually so that the industry characteristics university has become an important base of the common core technology development and transfer for supporting the industrial development of our industry. Final selection and design of the political research strategic alliance mode according to the four steps which were determining the direction, selecting the mode, the formation of strategic alliances, building environment. And elaborated the strategic alliance management and operation mode. I hope this research can provide theoretical guidance for the industry characteristics universities and provide a reference to make decision of education authorities and the industry characteristics universities.
